Avery's 5-year birthday pics

On Avery's birthday, she went to The Uncorked Artist with Alexis, Mena and Ellie. It was a four hour camp where they all painted ice cream cones! They packed lunches, painted, made slime, played and got to make & eat an ice cream sundae! They ALL loved it!

Later that same night, we sang and had cupcakes.

One of her best friends from school wasn't able to make it to her birthday party so what she decided she wanted to, was go to Mechies with him! Here she is with Gage.

We all enjoyed that get-together!

Next, it's party time!

Our visit with baby Charlie and Scott & Kathleen!

We finally got to meet this beautiful doll! Angelic, just like her mommy!

Scott and Kathleen surprised us by coming to Avery & Ariana's bday party! The very first meeting and being able to hold baby Charlie!

Now these pics are from Aunt Carol's house the next day. All of Scott & Kathleen's friends and family. (Well, not all!)

How cool is this! Three cousins with all their kids!

Thanks for hosting Aunt Carol and for having us. We had a great time. SO good to see you Ferguson family. Hopefully, we'll see you again in a few months.

July 4th at the Cabin

Here are just a few pics from our weekend, up at the cabin for the 4th of July.

Sun + rain = rainbows. We watched this rainbow for a long time.
 Pretty sunset too.
 Out cold.

Cupcake eating contest. Should I or shouldn't I?

Alexis - Church Camp

I can't begin to tell you how fortunate Alexis was to be able to go to this camp with her friends. Calvary Chapel Central Bucks had an amazing three-day camp that was OVER THE TOP fantastic! Did I mention that it was free? Unbelievable. The Theme for the camp was Noah's Ark - Ocean Commotion. Alexis chose the cooking group and got to make Chicken pot-pie, biscuits and cookies! All of which they gave to the Police Dept. She had science lessons, played games, sang songs & danced, watched a play and listened to a lesson or two from the bible.

Check out the decorations. They even had puppet shows!

These are the girls in her small group along with Rachel, their group leader.

The very last night, they had a Family hour to close the program. It was the very end of the play, music and dancing and then outside they had face painting, sand art and snacks. It was incredibly well done!

Avery and Connor had a blast making sand-art necklaces.

Next year Avery will get to participate and she is SO looking forward to it! We were also given a CD with the music the girls learned and I think now we ALL know the songs. It's the first thing Ariana asks for when she gets in the car.

Annmarie, you and Lauren are amazing! Thank you for inviting Alexis and the family back on Wednesday night. Alexis learned a lot, loved the music and enjoyed every minute of her time there. So thank you!
