The rest of Scout's journey!

Just a few more days left to share of Scout's whereabouts.

This night Mommy was tired so Daddy placed Scout.

 Eating popcorn and gingerale
No picture of him hanging upside down from the ceiling fan. Day 06

Eating cookies and milk! (We have a hungry elf!)
Roasting marshmallows. This morning Alexis was so cute. She said "Daddy is not going to be happy! We do not play with the fire!"
Silly Scout. He drew on our faces! (My personal favorite!)
 Holding Alexis's toothbrush.
And finally, a message to Alexis to Be Good!
And then when Grand-dad left, it suddenly said Be Bad!

Scout is now back at the North Pole!
Till next year...

Scout's whereabouts

Where will Scout be next!
Day 24 - a special breakfast!
Day 23 - sleeping, in the bathroom, in the tissue box.
Day 22 - leading a parade with some of her toys and animals.
Day 21 - winning a (marshmallow) game of tic-tac-toe against Teddy.
Day 20 - in the Christmas tree, making music with her rattles and harmonica.
Day 19 - swinging on a toilet paper roll with her chap stick.
Day 18 - in the empty noodle jar asking for more noodles.
Day 17 - coloring a page in a book left for Alexis.
Day 16 - a note counting 16 days left till Christmas.
Day 15 - hanging on the railing with her undies!
Day 14 - taking a marshmallow bubble bath.
Day 13 - fishing for gold fish.
Day 12 - doctoring Teddy. This night Scout left a small package under the tree for Alexis since she wasn't feeling good this day.
 Day 11 - doing barbie's hair.
 Day 10 - stringing cheerios.
 TONIGHT - Day - 9 - in the fridge drinking Alexis's milk!
I may just be having more fun with Scout than Alexis.
No really, it's been so much fun having her search for him every morning and wanting to wake Daddy up just to show him where he is every morning.

Eight more days before Scout goes back to the North Pole for good! Got to keep the ideas flowing.
Good night all!

A very special weekend!

Friday was Grand mom (from Florida's) Birthday! We didn't get to see her but we called and wished her a Happy Birthday. We will try to get over to see her this week.

Saturday we had Landyn's 3rd Birthday party at Giggleberry Fair and Alexis had a great time! Landyn is a friend from Alexis's classroom.

Saturday also marked one year of my dad's passing. I still cannot believe it. We bought a balloon and Alexis and I wrote a note to him and then we released it at the tree I planted for him last year. We love him, we miss him and I ask him to continue to watch over us.

Sunday morning when we came down stairs, Alexis noticed her Elf Scout arrived! She knows now that she needs to be a good girl or Santa will find out! This morning Scout made her a breakfast snowman with her favorite...doughnuts!

We also have another Birthday party for a friend in Alexis's classroom. This time it's at a place called Bounce U. Another place that Alexis loves! Today's party is for her friend Lucas!

Ben and the girls will continue to decorate the tree while I do some laundry and cleaning. I even hope to work on getting our Christmas cards ready to mail.

We have a busy week this week. Thursday I take Avery to her first Allergy appointment and I hope all goes well there. Friday, Mommy and Daddy have a Date Night! Dinner and a P!NK concert! We can't wait!

Miss Alecia signed her CD cover to Alexis so we framed it to hang on her wall!

Thanks for checking in!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We all have so much to be thankful for!

We have two happy, beautiful daughters, extended loving families and many close friends. Thank you to you all for the special role you play in our every day lives.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day. We spent the morning hours with Miss Alecia and her family and the evening with the Yarrington's, Fergusson's, Ziegler's and Stracione's.

I spent Thanksgiving night and early Friday morning doing some Black Friday shopping! I can thankfully say, I am for the most part, DONE! What a good feeling.

Ben was graciously willing to put up our tree so it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in our house!

Here are some recent pics of the girls.

Here both girls are at the table coloring.

Helping Daddy with the leaves.

 Avery cuddling up with George.

Avery tasting a powdered-sugar doughnut for the first time!

The girls sitting on the chair, watching a show on Daddy's phone. (Sitting/playing nicely together for a change!)

Happy Turkey Day everyone!
Love,
Ben, Denise, Alexis & Avery
