It was Mommy-Alexis time. Back to school shopping for clothes and shoes. Alexis has an orientation day on August 30th and her very first day of Kindergarten on August 31st. She is beyond ready and excited.
We started off at Dunkin Doughnuts for a smoothie and munchkins!
As you can see, she made out pretty well at Payless!
And even better a Old Navy!
For a girl that doesn't love to shop, she sure made out. She's happy with what she picked out and is excited to wear a special dress for her first day. Keep watching! Kindergarten, here comes Alexis!

check-ups
This week both Avery and Ariana had their well-visit check-ups. (Avery - 4yrs, Ariana - 18 mo.)
Avery is 3' 5.3" tall and she weighs 32 lbs 10.1 oz. (Sorry, no percentages this time.) No problems, issues or concerns.
Ariana is 2' 8.5" tall and in the 63%tile
She weighs 22 lbs 1.4 oz and in the 38%tile
Her head is 18.11" around.
The only issue with her is, because she will not drink milk we have to continue with the yogurt and start a Vit. D supplement either through tums or a multivitamin. Otherwise, all is good!
Avery is due back at age 5 and Ariana at 24 months!

A really nice weekend away!
This past weekend we were up at the cabin with Jeremy, Andrea and Makenna. The weather was amazing and we all had a great, relaxing weekend. The guys got a lot of fishing in. Andrea got some well-deserved "me" time, on the water, in the kayak. We had a little time at the beach and the girls had a lot of fun, having two sleepovers!
A Happy Daddy!
The guys and their rods!
Fisherman Jeremy
Reeling in a BIG one! Big rock that is! Haha
Alexis and Makenna
Shimmer and Shine
Ariana watching her Daddy fish!
Oh happy girl!
The sun was setting and we were eager to get the evening started!
Peek-a-boo baby!
Cheese!
Thank you Jeremy and Andrea for making this weekend happen. These days are hard for sure. Each day you make a step in a positive direction. Always remember you are surrounded by people who love you and stand beside you. We love you guys!
Thanks honey, for a fun and relaxing weekend!

STRONGER than you seem,
SMARTER than you think,
and LOVED more than you'll ever know.

Today I noticed that my flowers have bloomed. They are a beautiful and vibrant color. See anything special with this flower? I see a heart in the center and immediately thought of Andrea! A few special pics.
Better late than never!
A picture of Avery at school.
My guess is that she is being a monster. I'm not sure. Haha!
This is Avery practicing her soccer skills at school. She'll be playing soccer this year, along with Alexis.
Ben took the older two girls to Giggleberry Fair for some fun times!
Father's Day weekend, Ben took the older two girls (with the Harper's) to see the movie Finding Dory.
Alexis and Ellie!
Our SWEET Father's Day board!
Today Heather and I took the girls to the Warwick Sprinkler park.
Ariana enjoyed driving the train!

Good job Alexis! We love you and are so proud of you! You loved "school" and your teachers at Malvern. You never fought us to go and learn. For that we are grateful. We wish all the best for you and keep up the good work!
Thank you Malvern School and ALL Alexis's teachers. Alexis has been at Malvern since she was 11 months old!
Thank you to Grand-mom, Grand-dad and Uncle Ken for showing your support tonight. She was thrilled you were able to be there tonight!
